Our Dietitian
Ruta Phatak
Ruta is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian who graduated from the University of South Australia with a post-graduate degree, Masters of Dietetics and is currently pursuing a diabetic educator course. She is a qualified dietitian with experience in efficiently conducting nutritional assessments, providing evidence based advice and practical solutions.
She strongly believes in using a patient centered approach to help individuals achieve nutritional goals and a healthy lifestyle. Ruta has also completed training on the Low FODMAP diet for IBS management.
Ruta is fluent in Hindi, Marathi and English.
