Billing changes affecting ALL patients from 1st July 2024
Practice Bulk-Billing Update
Clovercrest Family Practice will bulk-bill most consultations for the following patient’s weekdays only with the exception of telephone consultations which will incur a $40.00 gap fee.
All patients must present a valid concession card to each appointment for bulk-billing of face-to-face consultations (with the exception of telephone consultations which will incur a $40.00 gap fee.):
- Gold DVA Cardholders – (exempt from telephone gap fee)
- Pension Cardholders
- Concession Cardholders
- Children up the the age of 16 years
Some consults may incur a gap fee and will be at the general practitioner’s discretion.
Please be advised ALL PATIENTS are charged a private fee on Saturdays for face to face and telephone/video consultations.

Payment to be made on the day of your appointment.
The Medicare rebate can be directly deposited into your nominated bank account with Medicare.
It is our practice policy that all accounts are settled in full on the day of consultation: EFTPOS Mastercard, Visa card, phone payments and cash accepted.
This practice offers patient claiming and tyro easy claim for eligible Medicare rebate services.
Patients without a registered Medicare card will incur a fee from $92.85 for face to face & telephone/video consultations.

It is practice policy that all accounts are settled IN FULL on the day of consultation, NO ACCOUNTS WILL BE ISSUED.

We are located nearby to public transport, have ample parking available onsite and full wheelchair accessibility to the practice.
Appointments are available 6 days a week, from 8.00am – 5.30pm on weekdays & from 8.30am – 1.00pm on Saturdays.
Please note: We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
